Dr. Aline Szenczy is a clinical psychologist who specializes in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families facing challenges related to anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, depression, life transitions, and parenting. She brings a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, grounded in evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and parent-based interventions. Her work is always tailored to meet the unique needs, values, and developmental stage of each individual or family.
At the heart of Dr. Szenczy’s work is the belief that meaningful change begins with a strong, trusting relationship. She creates a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. Whether helping a child manage big feelings, supporting a teen through emotional or identity-related struggles, guiding a young adult navigating independence and life transitions, or working with families to strengthen communication and connection, her goal is to help clients build the skills and confidence to lead more connected, resilient, and fulfilling lives.
